Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave Holiday News Wrapup

PSP by Shawn

Those who have been following our social media websites already know this, but due to some holiday-related issues I haven't had the time to post much of anything on Gaming Union or Tales Union for the last week. So I'll be doing a wrap-up of the latest Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave and Tales of Innocence R news, starting with Twin Brave.

Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave Holiday News Wrapup Unlike the other Tales escort titles on the PSP, this game plays similarly to the Musou/Dynasty Warriors franchise with the player controlling one character with a partner character being controlled by the game's AI. Characters from the mothership titles (and surprisingly enough Tales of the Tempest) will be included.

First off we have a scan revealing that Veigue and Tytree will be the characters representing Tales of Rebirth in Twin Brave. The scan also reveals part of Senel's Mystic Arte cut-in. The first video below is the Jump Festa 2012 trailer which showcases the opening (SHINE) and ending (NEW DAYS), both by artist FUNKIST. The animation itself is being handled by Sunrise (the animation team behind the Tales of the Abyss anime).

The other video is showing off one of the boss characters: Elraine from Tales of Destiny 2. The official website has two more spots open so the game will have at least three cameo bosses in total. Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave will be released in Japan on February 23, 2012 for the Sony PSP. No North American or European release has been announced.
