Tales of Innocence R Hermana Trailer Plus More DLC News
Every week Namco Bandai has added at least one video to the official website for Tales of Innocence R, usually revolving around a character trailer or the like. This week we have not just another trailer (featuring Hermana's updated past-life Mystic Arte but also more information about the game's DLC content.
According to Namco Bandai the R in the title means "re-imagining", not remake like some had previously thought. Tales of Innocence R will include a revised game theme, a new battle system and a new gameplay system alongside a new opening movie.
The Tales cameo and Idolmaster DLC will be released on the game's release (January 26) and will be priced at ¥250 until March 31 when it's raised to ¥300. Other DLC was also teased on the website which includes animal ears and glasses attachments. The former will retail for ¥100 while the latter will be free of charge, but no dates were given for either of them. Finally, the generic DLC that originated back in Tales of Vesperia such as extra Gald, levels, etc. will also be available for purchase.
Tales of Innocence R will be released on January 26, 2012 in Japan for the PlayStation Vita. No word on a North American or European localization has currently been announced.
