It appears that Namco Bandai has issued corrected copies of Tales of Graces which fix the many bugs that were present. The original version of the game was infamous for having a few bugs which could either freeze the game or stop completionists from obtaining every item.

The original versions of the game had the code RVL-STGJ-0A-0, while the updated version have the code RVL-STGJ-0A-1. While Namco Bandai currently has no replacement plan in place for exchanging a bugged copy for a fixed one, the website linked to in the source for this post shows how to contact the company to get a replacement.

While there has been no announcement of a North American or European release of the game, if there was a localization, it would almost assuredly use this fixed version as a basis for it.
