Back in July, Namco Bandai revealed a new character named Julius. Namco Bandai has released a new scan featuring the character which can be found below.

The new character (no official romanization exists yet and the name is hard to translate) is the Clanspia Company's CEO and has the power to shift the national budget's funds even though he's technically a civilian. If you pay attention to the first trailer he is the man in red.

Tales of Xillia 2 will be released in Japan on November 1. The first game will be released sometime in 2013 in both North America and Europe.
