After revealing Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 earlier this month, Namco Bandai has announced that they will be including several unlockables for players who have bought the recent PSP Tales titles in Japan.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 is the third game in the Radiant Mythology series, which brings together Tales characters from many of the games in the long-running series. The third entry features 30 more characters for a total of 80 (with 76 of them being playable), an enhanced character creation tool, a data install option and a brand new aerial-view camera angle.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 can read save data from both of the previous Radiant Mythology games as well as Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X. Having any of these saves will enable the player to unlock something in Radiant Mythology 3 though it has not been specified yet what can be unlocked. Including NDX was most likely a move to allow for new Tales fans to still be able to unlock things in RM3.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 is currently set for an early 2011 release in Japan on the PSP. No word on an North American or European release.
