The official website for Tales of VS. has been updated today with a new video, as well as some information about the previously mentioned connectivity between the PlayStation Portable and the PlayStation 3. The game will pit the various Tales of characters in a fighting free-for-all, using their well-known Artes, locations from the different games, and even items from the various games, as well as each character's unique Mystic Arte.

As you can see in the video, the equipment in the game have skills which you use your GP (short for Grade Points) to equip onto the player. GP is also used to upgrade each character's stats, such as HP, TP, and Over Limits. The update also talks more about the connectivity between the PlayStation Portable and the PlayStation 3. The first print run of the game in Japan will include a code that can be redeemed on the PlayStation Store for a exclusive skit in the PlayStation 3 port of Tales of Vesperia. The boxart for Tales of Vesperia also had a similar marking on it, so it's likely that Vesperia will have a similar code to be used in VS.
