Namco Bandai has put the official trailer for Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 that was shown at Jump Festa 2011 online, and it gives us a good look at how the game is shaping up.

Early on in the trailer, what appears to be the main antagonist can be seen. The rest of the trailer shows off the game's opening animation (with the BACK-ON's "with you" playing in the background, with no mention of who the mysterious "me" artist is), some of the dungeons and a peek at the game's voiced skits.

Overall, the commercial is pretty short, although some yet-to-be-released Mystic Arte cut-ins can be seen if you view parts of the video frame-by-frame. There's rumors going around on various Japanese message boards and blogs that the mysterious "Me" artists partnering with BACK-ON might be misono, although Namco Bandai has yet to verify it.
