According to the scan, both Hubert's costume (which makes him look like an android) and the previously revealed costume for Pascal will be available on February 13th, each 400 Wii Points.
It is currently unknown if any of the other characters besides Cheria, Pascal, and Hubert will be receiving special costumes like these in the future.

The man's name is Hubert Ozwell, and actually had blue hair. He is 17 years old, is 171 cm tall, and weighs 62 kg. He has a double-bladed weapon and seems to have a unique style to the names of his Artes (previous characters have sometimes had a theme to their Arte names).
The red-haired female's name is Cheria Barnes. She is 18 years old, is 160 cm tall, and weighs 47 kg. She uses throwing knives and seems to be a mix between a healer and a mage, having both a thunder-based attack and the series staple Nurse.
Fans of the PlayStation 2 remake of Tales of Destiny can rejoice, as it seems Tales of Graces is using a version of the CC system from that game. It is unknown what changes might be made to it, however.

The black-haired male's name is Hubert Oswell (voiced by Takahiro Mizushima) and is Asbel's younger brother (by one year). The red-haired female's name is Shelia Barnes/Burns (voiced by Shiho Kawaragi) and is the granddaughter of the butler working for Asbel. It appears the male favors close-hand combat, while the female uses spells to attack. The scan also shows a new swimsuit costume for Flynn, entitled Short-Sleeved Prince, which has Mieu from Tales of the Abyss on the logo.
