First Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 Commercial Released

Radiant Mythology 3PSP by Shawn

The first commercial for Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 has just been released, which gives us our first look at parts of the opening in action, as well as our first chance to hear the game's opening song in action.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 is the third game in the Radiant Mythology series, which brings together Tales characters from many of the games in the long-running series. The third entry features 30 more characters for a total of 80 (with 76 of them being playable), an enhanced character creation tool, a data install option and a brand new aerial-view camera angle.

Overall, the commercial is pretty short, although some yet-to-be-released Mystic Arte cut-ins can be seen if you view parts of the video frame-by-frame. There's rumors going around on various Japanese message boards and blogs that the mysterious "Me" artists partnering with BACK-ON might be misono, although Namco Bandai has yet to verify it.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 is set to be released for the PSP on February 10, 2011 in Japan. No word on an North American or European release.

See The Final Tales of Graces f Commercial

Graces fPS3 by Shawn

With only three days left till Tales of Graces f's release in Japan on December 2, Namco Bandai has released what appears to be the third and final commercial for the game.

Tales of Graces f, PS3, Sony, Namco Bandai Tales of Graces f (the f stands for "future") has an extra post-game story which takes place after the game's original ending. Without spoiling anything, there seems to be an increase in the monster population, which increases the amount of monster attacks around the world. This causes Asbel and his group to set off once again to determine the cause behind the recent disturbance.

As with the other two commercials, there doesn't seem to be anything new shown, although we do get a fair bit more story scenes than the last commercial, which was more battle-oriented.

Tales of Graces f is set to be released on December 2 in Japan on the PS3. No release date for either the Wii or PS3 version in North America or Europe.

Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X Commercial Released

PSP by Shawn

After a leak earlier this week, Namco Bandai has officially released the first commercial for Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X. This was timed with the release of the second trailer for the game, which reported on yesterday when Famitsu released the trailer.

Outside of those who attended Tales of Festival 2010, this is our first listen at the theme song for the game, Glass Flower by Hanako Oku. Outside of a few new cutscenes that can be seen in motion instead of the still screenshots we've seen in the past, there isn't much of note in the commercial.

Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X will be released on August 5, 2010 in Japan. No word on a North American or European localization has been announced.

The commercial can be viewed in the full story.

Another Tales of Graces Commercial

GracesWii by Shawn

Yet another Tales of Graces commercial has been released, but this time with a special scene many long-time fans will enjoy. This game is the first mothership (Namco Bandai's term for non-spin-off games in the Tales of series) game for the Wii. The previous Tales of game for the Wii, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, was classified as a spin-off sequel.

Fans who have been following the series (notably the Japanese-only releases) will notice that the main male characters usually yell out the name of one of the characters at some point during the game (which has led to more than one YouTube compilation video). It appears from the commercial that Asbel is doing it in Tales of Graces, yelling out Sophie's name midway through the commercial.

The commercial can be found after the jump.

New Tales of Graces Commercial Reveals New Info

GracesWii by Shawn

The Japanese Nintendo Channel on the Wii has released the second commercial for Tales of Graces, which has some new scenes that haven't been released yet. This game is the first mothership (Namco Bandai's term for non-spin-off games in the Tales of series) game for the Wii. The previous Tales of game for the Wii, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, was classified as a spin-off sequel.

One of the most important new scenes is right at the beginning, where we see what appears to be an "adult" Sophie (same purple hair) with a bouquet of flowers, the flowers being the same ones in that "garden" area we've seen in previous videos. Elsewhere in the video, there are some new scenes regarding Asbel and Sophie.

The commercial can be found after the break.
