Tales of Graces f TGS 2010 Videos Released

Graces fPS3 by Shawn

Looks like Namco Bandai is on a roll today, as they've added not one, but three new Tales of Graces f videos alongside their earlier Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 video.

Tales of Graces f (the f stands for "future") has an extra post-game story which takes place after the game's original ending. Without spoiling anything, there seems to be an increase in the monster population, which increases the amount of monster attacks around the world. This causes Asbel and his group to set off once again to determine the cause behind the recent disturbance.

The beginning of the first video has a new character, which looks slightly similar to Sophie, appearing to talk to her. The rest of the video is a mix of scenes from the original part of the game and the post-game content, with the game's theme song, Mamoritai ~White Wishes~, playing in the background.

The second video is a new system video which shows off the game's new HD graphics, as well as some of the game's battle system, including the new "Accelerate" mode. Interestingly, in part of the video a Sophie doll can be seen on a new butler costume for Hubert, which could possibly signal an attachment system ala Tales of Vesperia --- or it could just be attached to the costume itself.

Keep on reading for more analysis and the three new videos.

TotW: Radiant Mythology 3 TGS 2010 Trailer Released

Radiant Mythology 3PSP by Shawn

There was some hints and small leaks of the trailer for Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3, but thanks to Namco Bandai, the full version of the official trailer is now online.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 is the third game in the Radiant Mythology series, which brings together Tales characters from many of the games in the long-running series. The third entry features 30 more characters for a total of 80 (with 76 of them being playable), an enhanced character creation tool, a data install option and a brand new aerial-view camera angle.

The video itself doesn't have too much new information in it, although we do get a glimpse of the currently announced character's Mystic Artes, as well as seeing the three Kanonno's. The rest of the video is comprised of the gameplay features and the game's story, with a tease of Rockspring's (the new "Mormo" replacement) voice.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 is currently set for an early 2011 release in Japan on the PSP. No word on an North American or European release.

New Tales of Graces f TGS 2010 Demo Video

Graces fPS3 by Shawn

Tokyo Game Show 2010 just started yesterday, and we've finally gotten our first look at Tales of Graces f's on-floor demo thanks to GameTrailers. The demo shows off one of Cheria's new attacks, Indignation (a non-Mystic Arte form) and shows one of Hubert's new weapons, which is modeled after the feather plume in Yuri's Tales of Vesperia PS3 second Mystic Arte.

Due to GameTrailer's embedding options, you'll need to click on the source link below to view the video. Tales of Graces f is set for a Winter 2010 release in Japan on the PS3. No release date has been announced for either the Wii or PS3 version in North America or Europe.

Tales of Graces f Will Be At TGS 2010

Graces fPS3 by Shawn

Last June, Yoshizumi Makoto, the executive producer for Tales of Vesperia and producer for Tales of the Abyss and Tales of Symphonia and the "big boss" when it comes to Tales, tweeted about doing a special feature in an upcoming issue of Famitsu, which turned out to just be a Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X reveal. He's back tweeting again, but this time it has to do with a game we already know about: Tales of Graces f.

According to Yoshizumi Makoto, Namco Bandai will be showcasing Tales of Graces f at their booth at Tokyo Game Show 2010, which takes place next month. No mention was made of the currently unnamed "Tales of PS3", but it may be possible some more concept artwork or other minor details might be released --- the full reveal is currently stated for later in the year in December.

Tales of Graces f is set for a Winter 2010 release in Japan on the PS3. No release date for either the Wii or PS3 version in North America or Europe.
